Shipping and Returns
All orders typically take between 2-5 business days to process and deliver depending on the volume of orders being processed. Any order made after 1pm on Fridays can be expected to be processed on the following Monday. Nationwide deliveries can take up to 7 business days depending on your location.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to have your order with you on a day and at the time it works for you. We cannot guarantee that this can be fulfilled within the day that the request has been made.
Unfortunately we do not currently deliver outside of Kenya, but as soon as we do, we will let you know. Be the first to find out the news when will start delivering to you, as well exclusive products, special offers and new arrivals by signing up to our newsletter here.
Your satisfaction with the products and service you receive from Cocoa Cure is our number one priority. If there are any problems with any unused and unopened products you have ordered, you can return them to us within 14 business days of receipt for a full refund. Please refer to our terms below:
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for trial size products, sample items or kits.
- The original shipping/handling fees are non-refundable
- After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 7-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
- Only the retail value plus tax paid by the customer will be refunded. Any discounts applied to the order will be automatically factored into the amount refunded. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
- Products on sale during promotions and certain promotional items are not eligible for return. Please check the conditions of the promotion before purchasing.
- Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on international orders.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges, but we are glad to assist you in returning your order and processing a new one for the item(s) you want should the returned item(s) be unopened and unused in the condition they were delivered.
