How do I create an account?

Creating a Cocoa Cure customer account allows you to store billing and shipping information so that you do not have to enter it every time you place an order. Please note that Cocoa Cure does not store credit card information for your security. You can also see keep track of all purchases made while logged into your account. To create an account, simply click on “Account” at the top right corner of the website and register.

How can I recover or change my password?

If you cannot remember your password or need to change your password, simply click on “Account” at the top right hand corner of the website and select forgot password. You will need to enter the email address associated with your account and click the submit button. After clicking the submit button, you will be emailed a “reset password” link along with direction as to how to recover or change your password.

How do I update my account information?

You can update your information by clicking on “My Account” at the top right hand corner of the website and logging in.

How do I subscribe to your newsletter?

You can subscribe to our newsletter by entering your email address in the subscription box below where it says “sign up to our mailing list” at the bottom of the website homepage. Alternatively, you can enter your email when the newsletter pop appears as you enter the website. Another option is also signing up on our Facebook page using the last tab at the bottom left hand of our page.

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

To be removed from our email list, simply click on the “Unsubscribe” link found at the bottom of the email received.


Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

When will my order arrive?

All orders typically take between 2-5 business days to process and deliver depending on the volume of orders being processed. Any order made after 1pm on Fridays can be expected to be processed on the following Monday. Nationwide deliveries can take up to 7 business days depending on your location.

I live outside of Kenya, can I still order from Cocoa Cure?

Unfortunately we do not currently deliver outside of Kenya, but as soon as we do, we will let you know. Be the first to find out about when will start delivering to you as well exclusive offers by signing up to our newsletter.

What methods of payment are accepted?

You can update your information by clicking on “My Account” at the top right hand corner of the website and logging in.

The item(s) I have received have a problem, what is your returns policy?

YWe will provide a full refund for any products that are damaged during transit, as well as for any defective products that you have received. Please see our full returns policy.

Do you accept exchanges?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges, but we are glad to assist you in returning your order and processing a new one for the item(s) you want should the returned item(s) be unopened and unused in the condition they were delivered.

I returned my order, where is my refund?

Cocoa Cure Kenya will issue a refund within 14 business days of processing your returned order in our warehouse.

Where do I ship returns?

Please email us at info@cocoacure.co.ke to arrange for the return of your order.

Can I cancel my order?

When an order is placed on cocoacure.co.ke, we begin processing the order immediately to ensure prompt delivery. We’re unable to cancel or change an order once it’s submitted.

How can I specify/modify an order date or time?

Please email us at info@cocoacure.co.ke and we will try our best to have your order with you on a day and at the time it works for you. We cannot guarantee that this can be fulfilled within the day that the request has been made.

What if a product is out-of-stock?

Should an item on your order be out-of-stock, we will notify you via email the expected in-stock date if you write a quick enquiry email at info@cocoacure.co.ke.

You can find out about promotion by subscribing to our mailing list here. Alternatively you can follow us on Facebook here or Instagram here to stay up to date with exclusive products, special offers, news and new arrivals.

I forgot to enter a promo code on my recent order, can I apply it now?

Unfortunately, if you have confirmed the order, we are unable to process it with the promotional code retroactively. We can however provide an alternative code for future use if you contact us at info@cocoacure.co.ke.

Are there limits to promo codes?

Yes, only one promotional code allowed per order.

Does Cocoa Cure offer product samples?

We are working with the brands we have partnered with to create a “Sample of the month” subscription where you can test out small amounts of various products to see how they work for you. To stay informed on our exclusive products, news,special offers and new arrivals you can subscribe here.

Do you offer gift cards?

We offer gift cards in the form of a code that is generated with the desired spending amount you request. We can then send out the code inside a handmade card to the recipient.

Do you offer gift-wrapping services?

Yes we do. For a small fee, you can have any products you order gift-wrapped with a handmade card included to send to a loved one. Please refer to the gifts section of our website here for further information.



Why should I use skincare products that are made with organic or natural ingredients?

Because your skin can absorb up to 64% of what you place on it, why not use the most healthful products on the market? People use organic beauty products for the same reason they buy organic food because they care about their health, their family’s health and the environment. Beauty products and foods that are made with organic ingredients are spared the application of toxic and persistent insecticides, herbicides, fungicides and fertilizers. Many Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved pesticides were registered long before extensive research linked these chemicals to cancer and other diseases. In the long run, organic farming techniques provide a safer, more sustainable environment for everyone.

Why should I avoid harsh paraben preservatives?

Parabens are synthetic preservatives that are commonly used in beauty products. Several researchers reported that parabens were found within human breast tumours. Cocoa Cure is the first company in Kenya to provide only completely Paraben free products for sale in one place.

What ingredients should I avoid?

Parabens, propylene or butylene glycols, petroleum, sulphates, PEGs, TEA, DEA, phthalates, GMOs, silicones, pesticides, artificial dyes or synthetic fragrances. We have done the hard work for you as we have curated products that are not harmful to your health and do not included any of these ingredients, therefore helping you to avoid health hazards in your health and beauty products.

Are there any chemicals in the products sold on the Cocoa Cure website?

Since nobody really knows what the long terms effects of synthetic compounds such as parabens, SLS, propylene glycol and others are on the human body, we choose to only sell natural and organic products on our website that do not include these inorganic compounds in their production.
